As a community-driven association, we believe in bringing together all plot owners to work toward common goals. Our process begins with **welcoming new members** to the association and ensuring they are informed about all the benefits and responsibilities. We also collect a one-time payment (Membership-Fee) from Members, which is deposited in the bank for future use.

We collect an **Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC)** from our members, which is used for various communal services such as plot maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and more. This fee ensures the continued upkeep and improvement of our properties, making it a better place for everyone to live.
Both Membership-Fee and the AMC charges are collected based on the size of the plot.

The **Management Committee** meets monthly to review the ongoing activities, discuss the progress of planned initiatives, and address any concerns raised by members. These meetings are crucial to ensure that the association’s activities align with the needs and expectations of our members.

The **Annual General Body Meeting (AGM)** is an important event where we present the **yearly report** of our activities, including financial accounts, to all members. This meeting gives all members an opportunity to stay updated on the progress of the association and to actively participate in key decisions affecting the community.
